Lexus of Orange Park goes above and beyond making customers feel comfortable. Service was as expected , communication was great, expectations were noted, and service peson was professional. I love that they allow you to borrow a rental car at no expense. I was given a 2025 version of the car I own. If you stay you have areas to work and a small cafe to eat and drink at.

I didn't like that someone did not pick up my car. Bring me a loaner and then return my car to be and pick up the loan. My previously owned two Mercedes and I did get that kind of service with them so I was quite disappointed in that. My husband took the car in for me. I wouldn't have done it. I expect better service.

Had an appointment for an oil change and 80,000 miles service. I waited while the service was performed. I enjoyed a BLT sandwich in the waiting lobby while I waited. The wait was a little over an hour. Not bad for a Lexus dealership. The service advisor (Johnathan) was very friendly. I like getting my Lexus serviced at this dealership.

Ive had my car serviced there on 3 separate occasions and the service department either didnt check post repair or made sure to set expectations before the visit. I live an hour and a half away, its not easy to keep coming back when they forgot to do something before approving the repair as 'completed.'
