Charged $400.00 for telling the dealer what the problems I was having with my radio and creaking sound from drivers door. Of course not covered by my extended warranty which I was told is tops. I bought the truck brand new. They did provide a courtesy vehicle for 2 days. And then asked when I brought it did I put gas back in. Yes 400 dollars worth for 2 days. Rental and still same problem before I went to them

The visit was for a tire rotation and oil change . The they tried to sell me a truck I didn't want a 2017 Chevrolet Silverado was not worth the money. then the service technician to my wife her car was not worth trading in.and tried to sell her another car..By then she was a nervous wreck. I thought about filing a formal, complaint with BBB.

Truthfully I was disappointed. I brought my truck in for a recall and I asked the service advisor about a transmission fluid change. He all but talked me out of it. I asked him about some other services and told him he could advise me when I picked up the truck. Never happened - typical dealership service.

A nail was in my tire in the center of the tread and nimnic wanted to charge me to repair it. I took my vehicle to discount tire and they repaired it free. This is a 2025 Silverado rst with 7000 miles on it. Why is discount tire repairing tires for free and your dealership won't repair it for free even though the vehicle was purchased from you.

The engine oil was grossly overfilled and could do engine damage, I do not believe they changed the oil filter, it didn't look new, a large grease smudge was left on panel where you enter vehicle, luckily, I'm a technician myself and was able to spot the issue before it did engine damage.

The patience of saints. My replacement transmission failed after 3 months and 10,000 miles. No one at Nimnicht had never met me before, it's just where my truck died. It took GM 9 months to get me another replacement. Nimnicht Chevrolet provided me a total of 5 loaner vehicles during that time and were never anything but professional. Absolutely would recommend 100%

My truck experienced a fuel pump module failure and was towed to Nimnicht at 11PM. I left a message with my keys that I needed it back ASAP and they had it ready by 9AM the next morning! This was well above and beyond my expectation and I must thank the service writer Benjamin Simpson for getting this taken care of.

My car wasn't very dirty, but noticibly in need of a bath. I asked and was even told they were going to ask if I had desired, I was thinking at that point "Wow, great service". It wasn't done and when I asked I was told "it's too late now". I did not go back inside to ask at the desk. My rating is a 4.5 .

Attention to detail. When I picked u my vehicle it had grease on the door handle, the side of the door as well at three locations inside my vehicle on the leather. I came from a different county as I had a bad experience else where regarding the same issue.

They left a pack of salt and pepper in the center console which the salt was open and spilled everywhere. Didn't notice until I got to the first stop light after driving off the lot. I found a phone mount a dash cam and all kinds of lowes receipts in the truck. My oil pan was covered in oil. Which was dripping in my customers drive way. 0/10 do not recomend for service.

The truck shop continues to not fix problems. I have had my new car in the shop more in the last year, than my previous car the entirety of it's life. The truck shop can't find the problems to fix them without me bringing my car in multiple times. Videos of the problem don't help either.

After months in the shop I finally got my vehicle back damaged on the inside melts shaped like tools on my center console and gear shift areas, with ROACHES!!!! It's a brand new car!!!! I had to pay to go have my car treated and cleaned. It was already too much BS to deal with but to add more is wild. Communication is poor. Def won't recommend this specific shop. Go somewhere else.
