We purchased the new Kia in 2018 from Bev Smith Kia in Fort Pierce. We received great service for 2 years at Bev Smith service department and decided to go to a place that was closer to our home. That was a big mistake. We recently returned to our original dealer and we received the great service that we had gotten before the switch. We will stick with Bev Smith, we learned our lesson!!!

Excellent service as always. Knowledgeable service advisors gave me an estimate of charges before doing anything else and then kept me informed of the status of my vehicle periodically. The free car wash is a nice touch. The sales team is great, too. Just wanted to throw that out there, as well.

Service was well. Went in for vehicle recall of the pinion plug and they had a factory recall for the middle passenger seat belt. They didn't have the part in stock so it was ordered, have to go back once it arrives to have the recall addressed.
