“Email inquiry was responded to with a copy and paste auto-message that didn't answer my questions. Called, they were nice over the phone. Asked to set up a test drive for a specific car the next day at 10:30am. They called me as I was pulling into the parking lot (10:35am) to see if I was still coming. They had sold the car I was going to test drive, but didn't inform me. Still called to make sure I was coming though. They then tried to sell me a branded title instead. The car I was told I would test drive is still listed for sale on their site over a week later.”
