1-The representative did not talk about as what i need for servicing my car and did not talk even after completion of the service as what i needed 2-The representative changed the estimate from the initial estimate without telling me. I had to myself request him for that 3-usually my car is washed after service is completed, this time it was not done. if rep had explained to me, would have been better.

They misplaced my key; didn't tell me my vehicle was ready until I asked; waited 2 hours for oil change; didn't apologize for misplacing my key and didn't offer to accommodate me for a loaner vehicle while they were looking for my key knowing I had an appointment elsewhere and I was almost late. They eventually found my key under a stack of paper on a desk. They didn't even act like they cared.

Brought car in for an oil change. Unfortunately the computer system experienced a glitch that delayed my car from getting worked on by about an hour. This unexpected delay caused me cancel an appointment and run late for another. I explained my situation to my service advisor and he dealt with the situation in an extremely professional manner which is why I am rating this experience with 5 stars.

I went in for my first oil change and was helped immediately. Martin was my service advisor and told me how long it was going to take and showed me the waiting area. He was nice and communicative throughout the process. My service was done in a timely manner and they even washed my car. I would recommend coming here for service.

I was able to book an appointment on the same day i called the dealership for an emissions test and vehicle inspection. I was surprised that i was able to get one so soon. I waited for my car and the process was completed within the short time frame quoted. So glad to get it done and over with!!

Awful. Lost my car and couldn't find it, had to stand there and wait for over two hours. Had to bring in my car three separate times and then they finally tried to charge me $6000 for an issue that did not exist. Do not take your car here for service ever! Wish I could give zero stars.
