“I received detailed paperwork and two videos from the technician who worked on my vehicle. He shared pictures under vehicle. I saw where he took off all 4 tires to complete rotation. He checked my brakes and all my fluids and took a pic of what he replaced (cabin filter). It was an easy process.”
