Very professional in all aspects, from scheduling the service to providing a loaner. They kept me updated throughout the process. My car was returned in pristine condition. Because it is an EV, it takes longer because they currently only have one EV mechanic, so it would be nice if there were more.

Very smooth experience, except PORSCHE accounting department is still in dark ages. They are unable to provide an invoice for normal services. Then provide an invoice for insurance covered and unrelated work on a separate invoice. It's about time Porsche comes into the 21 Century!

Service advisor was great and the work that was done was great. But the computer system is terrible. One visit, the system was down and then this last visit I had to wait and extra 4 days to get my service done. The computer said they had the parts in the system, but they didn't and they had already started to do the repair. Had to wait for the parts to be shipped in to finish service.
