My experience at this service center was less than ideal. If I could, I would rate it lower than one star. While the staff was friendly, the overall service did not meet expectations. If reliable service and dependable vehicles are important to you, I would recommend considering other options before choosing Kia.

All of the promised work was completed satisfactorily, but not in the time expected. I wish I had been told that it may likely take several hours, and I would have planned to just drop it off, instead of wait. I ended up going shopping, but then in the late afternoon- decided to go home and pick up the car the next day.

I chose Roseville Kia because it had the best reviews in the Sacramento area. I drove 45 min to be there and I'm glad I chose Roseville Kia. Great service! The guy who helped me, Nick, was fantastic. The team was clearly managed very well. While they were busy, they were organized and the whole process seemed very polished. I appreciate them!

My experience at Kia in Roseville was excellent! The gentleman I spoke with was very friendly and professional. He didn't make me feel pressured to buy any extra services that I wasn't prepared to take care of at that time and handled my request very promptly while snacks & beverages were provided in a very comfortable waiting room. I was very ok with taking care of a needed oil change. Not a borden at all!

My Service advisor Nick was amazing! My car was handled beautifully! From the start I felt included and heard, and my car was completed in a timely matter. I will definitely be back for other services and I will continue to support the Kia business because they stand behind their products! :) I love my Kia!

My Service Advisor was attentive to my schedule. He also advised me on the importance of fuel additives and keeping the engine clean. Servicing was done in a timely manner and my car was returned clean. It is running very well and ! appreciate the dealership's commitment to servicing the cars they sell.

The Service Adviser Calvin was exceptionally helpful with explaining my maintenance package. Advised I come for service every 6 months I had been going yearly but paid for twice a year. He was very friendly, and knowledgeable. Waiting area very clean with beverage options.

My KIA EV6 received the 16,000 mile service at Roseville KIA. The appointment was easy to set up with a phone call; the service advisor explained what would occur; the service was done in a timely manner; and I was out of there pretty quickly. Everyone was friendly and the service was excellent.

It was a big disappointment on the service. Three months to get an appointment, dropped car off at 7:30 am for diagnostic testing. This is where they plug their computer into you car. After a day and a half they still hadn't done this! When I called for an update I was told they would get there guy on it right away? What is the point of making an appointment when they can't work on your car!

The service (recall) took way shorter than I was expecting, so that was very welcome, and I didn't have to wait very long for my car to be seen. All the Kia personel were friendly, helpful and efficient. i'd been back before for tinting my windows, and it was nice seeing familiar faces and being remembered.

Lack of communication. I was unaware it would take all day to repair my car. I was offered a shuttle home but was not informed when the shuttle was there and it left. I received a text, not a phone call that they were not able to repair my car. I was not offered a new appointment date and when I asked, they told me they didn't know. Contacted Service Manager who promised me he would call me back that afternoon but never did.

I travelled an hour and a half for my appointment at 10 am, signed in, got the rental car for a day and drove off only to get a call minutes later telling me that the person who was going to work on my car didn't show up. A call would have been nice.

they did exactly what they said they would do. i have to admit tho that the window treatment that they put on seems to be just the front window and even that seems to be a bit less that perfect. they did have my car in and out in a very quick amount of time.

It was the worst service I have ever received. Waited 3 1/2 hrs for them to install new trim pieces around the windows, that have fell off twice. They never came out to give us an update how much longer it would be, since we waited in the waiting area for them to finish. Will not be going back for service there again.

Service Advisor had keys and RO's sitting on desk and was standing in front of her desk checking her cell phone when i walked up after 400 pm. I gave her time to contact me when the car was done and she did not do that. Poor SA. I worked for John Sullivan, Mike Sullivan as SA and they would have never permitted that behavior.

The people in the office are friendly, but the shop left one of my lug nuts off when rotating my tires and nobody would call me back, no matter how many times I called, nobody would answer the phone and nobody ever called me back. I had to order a lugnut that doesn't match exactly, but it's better than a missing lug but nobody would take responsibility for.
