I looked long and hard at vehicles, about 3ish months, and the single common denominator among dealers was their follow-up and genuine interest in my questions. I can count the amount of dealers that responded to my inquiries on one hand, after reaching out to dozens This is not as efficient of a process as this should be and Carfax should have some level of shared interest in assisting in the sales to expedite them. My next purchase will have all the same difficulties. This is the nature of this business. Take charge of the transaction until you're not getting reciprocal interest from the dealership, and move on to the one ready to make a sale. My salesperson, Brayan, has met me halfway on all aspects of this sale, and deserves high praise for keeping his patience throughout the process and odd time frame around the new year and holidays. Assuming everything goes as planned, I'll have my new ride by my birthday, in less than a week. Great working with Brayan and his management team. Be patient with them and they'll get it done!”

The only complaint would be that they include an Elite Package in the deal that is not included in the stated price. This and once other charge add over $2500 to the price and you don't get to reject it. If you have to pay for it anyway, why not just include it in the price for the vehicle so you know what to expect.”
