The salesperson was very nice and the manager did send an email reaching out AFTER the car we were told was ready to look at, we drove over an hour one way and then again over an hour back, was not ready nor would be for days. They blamed it on AI... I received one follow up phone call to be told the car was still not ready. Not the best experience

Absolutely could not be a worse place to buy or service a vehicle. They do not honor their own 5 day return policy. They had my vehicle for 9 weeks trying to fix it (and never did) I ended up with a useless vehicle and out $20k and they did nothing about it. I had to take legal action to get them to do the right thing. (And I've never filed a lawsuit in my life) Be warned about AutoNation my friends.

I am disappointed that myself and son didn't look very closely at certain details of the car, and made our purchase went to get vehicle unfortunately just to pick up 4 hrs later which I was not happy about as well as now radio, clock etc doesn't work at all before we were going to drive off. Supposedly they are ordering parts per say to make it right. If they do what they are suppose to fix car, then I will rate them higher. Thank you

We came to an agreement on price and delivery that night and the sales manager said he would circle back in the morning on paperwork since buying remote. The day passes, nothing, the next day I follow up and nothing. Come to find out they sold the SUV that next day and broke our oral agreement.

This is the second time I have had an appointment to see a truck and I get there and then they tell me they sent the truck to auction. I noticed the truck stayed on Carfax and the other shopping sites for another 3 weeks. I wonder how many people they sucker in to there dealerships with non-existent cars and trucks. If you are buying a new car you can get a good deal from them but used cars they are no better than a tote the not lot.

Windshield replacement is done but I don't think they did used the proper care when installing because the windshield cowl is not in great shape. It look like water will be able to get inside soon.
