He was responsive, kept me up today date with daily texts and status reports, and made sure to escalate my service due to the re-work nature of the issue. While I would prefer a loaner car, they provided free, timely transportation to and from the dealership upon request.

Should be one labor for the total issue. The part they wanted to replace also had the other part they wanted to replace already factory attached but the estimate had a $600 charge for labor for that, yea nope, also got charge 200$ for the diagnostic which was checking the error code. WHICH IS FREE AT AUTOZONE!! Highly recommend going somewhere else.

Vehicle experiences random electrical faults where the entire vehicle loses power while driving. As a result, the vehicle is unsafe. It has been in the shop for 30 days and still is not repaired. The dealership tried to give it back to me in this condition which is a major safety hazard, especially when driving down the freeway and it loses power.

They kept my car for 5 days. We believe there were some hatch door issues that caused a chain reaction of problems. Wanted to charge a lot for something that wasn't our fault. They didn't even put the hatch cover on properly and also an inside side panel. I was also told I would get a full check of the car only checked the hatch I already knew didn't lock. Not happy with the service department.
