We had a 9am appointment for oil change and tire rotation. My husband was told it would be 2 hours before the car would be serviced because they had bumped the appointment for walk-ins. Also, when completed, the tire rotation was not done.

Took my truck in for a oil change . Usually I check the oil level on the dip stick before I leave the dealership but this time I was in a hurry I checked it when I got home you couldn't even see oil on the dip stick . I had to drive back to the dealers ship witch takes 30 minutes each way . Oil change tech put 6 quarts of oil and the truck requires 9 quarts . Don't waste your money or time with this dealership .

The dealership contacted me, but we could not agree on a trade difference. I was just offered $46,000 for my trade where I live, they offered me $39,000 and said that their market would not allow them to even offer me $44,000... another (FORD) dealership right up the road from them offered me $45,000 for my trade and I bought my new truck from them.

Service department did not fix the problem with my truck he told me that they only can fix one thing at a time. The part for my truck is on back order and he did not know when the parts was coming in and I was not kept informed on the status of my truck. I had to call to the dealership.

Absolutely the best experience in purchasing a automobile in my life . No bull mo add ons just plane answers to my question. In and out in under an hour. Car was better than I expected. Absolutely clean and detail and fully service and full tank . Guess where I will go for my next purchase? It was worth the 240 miles I drove to. Ohh and a lifetime powertrain warranty. Terrible experience, total rip off. Had my car for over a month, payed almost @ grand for repair, pick it up any car broke down after driving it for 10 miles, after being told the car was fine, now they want 9 more grand to fix it again, after being told the repair would be under warranty for 1 year

Their computer system was down, and wouldnt check my car and so I waited 30 minutes before they told me. I convinced him to go ahead and do the oil change and it took an hour for an oil change and a wash. Thats just poor management I cant figure out how to make an oil change without a car being checked in.

Was a total ripoff tried to get 2200 dollars to replace the AC actuators needless to say I turned them down ,all I had to do was drill a 1 inch hole in my glove box side to reach a screw. They said they would have to take the dash apart and it would take three days and the actuators weren't covered under the policy they had sold me either so they are not a honest dealership

They did great work, but failed to execute all work to be completed based off of the estimate provided by the adjuster. I will have to bring my vehicle back in for an additional visit to have the remainder of the work completed, which is quite an inconvenience. No one can explain why this was overlooked and ultimately signed off on by an inspector.

Technician moved my seat and turned off my lights. I am handicapped, and the seat is set to make it easy to get in and out of the car. Friday night I started driving and wondered why I was having trouble seeing. I then realized I was driving with no lights on. I keep my lights set on automatic. I have told them repeatedly not to move my seat or change the light setting. They don't listen.

I wish I could give them no stars! They refused to fix my car, they said the part wasn't being made anymore. I got the part number from them and found in less than 30 seconds. They said the other dealerships refused to sell it to them as well. Then they tell me, you can buy, we can put it in but there will be no warranty. Then I called to speak with an owner so I could get my car out hostage situation and no ever returned my phone calls. I just got a text asking when I was going to get it. I checked with other dealerships, they were will to sell me the part. I'm done with DeMontrond, there are too many other dealerships that want the work. My car was in the shop for over a week. Personally, I think they didn't want to mess with it because my car is one of the most difficult vehicle GM ever put out and yes it's old, 15 years old, but it has only 75,000 original miles, it looks brand new. I think it was a warped attempt to convince to trade the car in on something new. I'm getting it fixed through a friend for less than half what the dealership would have charged so I guess their laziness was a favor to me in the long run. The owners better pay attention or these employees they got are going to run them out of business because I have 2 GM vehicles and I was taking them there for all their service. Not anymore!!!
