David Drama kept calling the car's former owner to get the manual and extra key from him to give to us and Joseph, without being asked to, got us a loan with a lower rate than originally quoted. THe only reason I don't give them a 5-star rating is that the car still - after three weeks - has a pretty severe odor of smoke, but that really is the fault of the former owner, not that of the dealership. Overall, great service.”
