They made a mess on the oil change a the cover engine and they don't even wash my pick up as a courtesy after a spend 2 hours waiting for the service. I got to the location before 7am and only 1 person on front of me and still wait 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. The only reason I going to the dealer because the warranty cuz I can do all that in less than 10 minutes.

Went in for routine maintenance, but specifically for tire rotation. Waited 4 hours. Service advisor had the maintenance done but forgot to do tire rotation. First he tried to blame me by saying I denied the service, then said I did not need the tire rotation based on mileage. He was extremely rude. Not the first time I've had to deal with him. This dealership just lost a long time customer.

Horrible they took my money and didn't fix my car. They gave me a loaner that was filthy with white powder on the seats and then tried to charge me $350 for it when I return the car and said that I put the white powder in the seats when the car was filthy when they gave it to me, then they broke my brake light on my car and said it was like that before I brought it there, and I made pictures of the car before I brought it there

Dear Mr. Seabrook,
The work we performed to your vehicle was underneath your vehicle. There was no way we came close to the brake light of your vehicle. Furthermore, we advised you of items that should be addressed, but you declined all of them after you warranty company would not authorize them. We did not charge you a diagnostic fee.
Regarding the $350 for the return of our loaner vehicle, yes, you were charged $350 to remove dents you caused and to clean the interior of the vehicle after white stains were discovered inside the car. It was not white powder as you mentioned. The stains were not in the vehicle prior to your usage.
