Replacement of catalytic converter was done completely as specified and in the time told to me beforehand. Andy (as always) was courteous and upfront about the car's status. I know that my old car will keep running smoothly by using Advantage's car repair shop. I've been coming here for nearly two decades and the car runs as well as the day I took possession of it.

Terrible experience and staff. this place is run highly inefficiently. You have to leave the car overnight for have it diagnosed and they will never call you when ordering parts. I will advise to avoid this place as much as possible. terrible management team if there is one for this place.

I brought in my vehicle for service emissions inspection renewal. I thought this would take 2 hours to complete. I was there for 4 hours! while I don't mind the wait, I was never told that some machinery malfunctioned causing the extended delay. I should have been alerted.

I liked the fact that my brakes were replaced but I did not like the wait time. Had I known in advance I would have planned my day differently. The waiting area needs to be upgraded with recliners. Perhaps 5 would make long waits a better experience.

My wife sat for 3 hours while they were supposed to change the oil. When they told her the car was ready they couldn't find the car! When they found it it was still on the lift. Few days later we noticed the sticker wasn't changed and then the computer was never updated. Apparently they didn't do the oil change and now I have to go sit there again today!

My experience at advantage Toyota of Vally Stream always been good ,I 'm very happy with my service, because when they inspect my Camry anything technican sees they let you know that need fixing or not and that is very good you can not go away and say they saw something and did not told and for those things i'm greatful, at the end of the day me and my family are safe thanks very much advantage Toyota

Very poor time estimation for service. Lack of details and inconsistency. Sometimes the computer don't get reset, so you drive out of there with the Sevice Needed message still on. Don't put the sticker reminder. It seems like they take more cars a day that they can handle

Great dealing the price of the car sale person great. my only issues were with the finance guy who I sat down with we talked loan term and than after I sign the papers he pulled a switch and bait where I sign the papers and I got first statement who put me for higher term and interest rate after I did not take a extended warranty . they only money he makes is based on a total percentage of the load amount and interest rate.

The dealership made no indication neither in booking nor when we got there that we would have to wait seven hours for our car. I understand if this was the need, but I do not understand why we were not warned so that we could at least have made plans to drop it off and then pick up. It wasted my whole day.

I came in for a recall item that affected my engine's coolant system. The problem was a surprise for because I originally came for 35,000 mile servicing. Then an indicator light notified off a problem that required 2 service visits and approximately 7 hours of work. Now that the work was done at no cost to me I am happy with Toyota.

I enjoy the service however, I was a bit dissappointed hearing the cost to change rear brake pads only for almost $800. I was gonna have them do it but I said let me check around. When I did the highest I was quoted was $350. I was also quoted between $50-$80. At this point I'm lost as it relates to the indecisiveness of costs. Other than that my experiences was a good one

The exterior came out looking spotless with a nice shine, and the interior was thoroughly cleaned, including carpets and hard-to-reach areas. The whole process took roughly 3 hours, which was faster than expected. Overall, solid work and worth it for a refresh.
