the service was to take 2 to 3 hours but the vehicle was kept for 4 days. I was not information about this as I had to take the train home. I was not provided a temporary vehicle for the duration of the service. I had to change family plans due to not having a vehicle.

My visit was okay, although I had an 8:A.M appointment and didn't finish until 11:00 A.M. Time is very important to me, especially when I'm dealing with straightforward tasks like changing oil filter or replacing a tire. However, James Dussap, who assisted me with the paperwork was professional and courteous throughout the process.

Car subject to a recall (this has been going on for a year) and know Hyundai finally acknowledges the part (the ICCU ) need to be replaced but the part is on backorder with no timeline for delivery. If you have an ongoing problem with a certain part of a vehicle wouldn't you make sure the part in question was available ? Apparently Hyundai doesn't believe so.

It was not the best and what I am use to. They charged me $100 of work I'm not sure they did. I know what they did not do that should have been apart of my service and that was wheel alignment. They had the nerve to tell me it will cost me over $200 if I want that done. I am done with this place. All the money I gave to them, please Done!!!

I paid for tire rotation and oil change. Suv at 50 to 60 mph started to vibrate in the front. Spent 200$$ and e Was told to drop of vehicle for the day. I went to tire shop and in 20 mins the front tires were balanced perfectly, but cost me $ 40 plus $10 dollar tip= 50$$. Advantage toyota service should give me a 50 dollar credit towards future service. Not very professional.

Was given a list of 9 items supposedly in need of immediate attention. The bill suddenly jumped from about $200 to over $3000. I then brought my vehicle to my local mechanic who confirmed the only necessary additional service needed was an alignment. By the way, his price was significantly less than the dealership. As my car is no longer under warranty, I feel no obligation to return to Toyota for its overpriced services.

They make typical recommendations such as brake flush etc.. a complimentary multi point inspection was conducted and no air filters have been recommended though I've taken the time to change it myself and what a difference it makes to vacuum any debris out which was on a previous visit. Like at spending no less than 250 on almost any given visit

Entered at 8:21AM and was told the car would be ready in 3 hours, it was ready at approximately 1:15 pm. The body electrical issue was not addressed, Check Rear Seat is still on my dashboard. No indication below that the Safety Recall was remedied. Otherwise everything was very professional.

This makes no sense. I am getting messages that my service is overdue, then in the same e-mail it asks how was my visit for service on 5/25/24. It was horrible as it took 7 hours to service, they did not use the plastic or paper liners, did not reset my "svc due message" on the dashboard, did not place the svc reminder sticker on the windshield, etc etc. Service has gone downhill!

I was cordially greeted by Mr. James Dussap at the service entrance. Since my car needed regular maintenance I realized what needed to be done. Mr Dussap talked me through and helped me understand the cost, the work, the wait, etc. All in all I received the same professional treatment and care I always receive at Advantage Toyota.

This place does not provide the best customer service ever. They create many concerns and issues with your car. I have taken my car for services here in a timely manner and they reported that nothing was wrong with my car. And after two- three years I had receive a rap sheet on different things wrong with my car all at once.
