It was horrible, they don't get back to you with updates. They had me in limbo for over a week with no car. They kept giving me the runaround. I will never go back to this dealership. I have never experienced anything like this before. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Poor communication/customer service and was given vehicle back in need of a wheel alignment after the performed service. Then had to wait almost 4 hours and 3 total attempts to correct the wheel alignment it still wasn't correct. Had to go to an outside vendor to have it corrected.

Very shady management. Doesn't answer and stole my $5k warranty. They sold a truck that was fully modified and the warranty was voided but sold me the warranty anyways. The warranty is headstart. They don't pay the company any money you give and pocket it until you make a claim. When you make a claim it will take months. Breman Miranda is a con artist. Do not buy from this shady dealership.

Want to give one star but there is not option, leave my car 3 days for the diagnostic and they don't do anything in my car, they lied to me the lady on the front desk told me the car was diagnosed and they will call me to let me know when bring the car back for get fixed... 3 weeks later I come to ask what happen because didn't call me and another lady toldme there is any record in the computer about my car they dont do anything

I came in and asked if it would be done today, was told "not to worry" then we called 2 hours later and we're told it wouldn't be done till tomorrow and that had been the plan the entire time. I pulled in for my appointment, I was greeted professionally, went over everything with a service rep and then sat in the waiting room for it to be completed.
