“On-line appointment system is terrible. They are always 2 hours behind. Recommend calling in and verifying when they will actually be able to perform service. Other than that, no issues with service department or employees. The on-line system simply does not give enough time between appointments. I hate arriving for my scheduled routine maintenance appointment (waiting), and then told upon arrival it will be hours before they can get to me.”
“First , the not so good. The scheduling system has a lot to be desired. Upon calling I explained that I had a 2021 Corvette HTC and that I AN ISSUE with the top NOT opening. The team member said that because it is a luxury car that I would receive a call back within 24 hours to schedule. So , I have a luxury car and my needs are put on the back burner. The person that calls to have a Traverse scheduled gets scheduled on the spot I assume. Hum something's wrong with this .
I made a trip to the dealership to try and understand what was happening. Tina & Scott came to the rescue. They looked at the schedule and put me on the books for the following week. Now , I understand that one of their Corvette techs was going on vacation , no sweat on my part I'll wait ,at least I have an appointment.
The problem with the top was resolved . Tina , Scott & Jet were extremely helpful in answering my question and listening to what I said . I was very frustrated , first that that top was not working and second that I was expected to wait 24 hours for a call back to schedule. If they would have told me on the phone that the first available appointment was 10 days away I would have accepted that.
Doesn't make sense from a customer standpoint.”
