Though I was running late getting to the lot she allowed extra time after normal closing time to assist me. She was always relaxed and professionally friendly. Several things stand out about this family owned business. The entire staff listens intentently to every concern. For example after a test drive of the car not only Rachael but also the two mechanics that were working in the service bays came out to listen to everything I was saying. I was assured that each concern would be properly addressed. I've never had a "team" actively listen and communicate that everthing would be taken care of, that was refreshing. Kudos to those mechanics. Another impressive thing was that Rachael was confident in the condition of their autos because they choose them carefully themselves. She was relaxed and never once pushy or attempting to deliver any cheesy sales lines. She knows the cars speak for themselves to a large degree. Would I purchase another car from Akron Auto Sales? Absolutely YES. Would recommend them? YES. I really enjoy driving the high quality Toyota 4Runner I bought there.”
