When you talk about service on a Gold platter there's no other place that matches this dealership. The cars are immaculate, I flew to Ohio from Los Angeles and this team was welcomed me with open arms . Gagik, Aram, Abul treated me like a prime minister walked into their dealership and I didn't even know these guys . Gagik really took care of me they under promise and over deliver . If I had to choose any dealership this is the only one I would choose and if they don't have a car you interested in Gagik will personally find it for you . I give this place 10 stars . They knew I had a date he made sure my car arrived before my date I was impressed . After all that I was impressed by a gentleman named Arman who called to make sure if the car was great and I was enjoying my experience. Love these guys can't wait to go for my next car ! Very good customer service assistance. Poor online loan application set up. After filling out the loan application three different times I tried touching the word send online to submit my loan application and it did not get to the car dealership. Because of that, I gave up. I received one return call saying that the application did not go through and that's when I filled out the application a couple more times and tried sending it at least five times by hitting the word send. I never got a returned call from the dealership, so sadly there was no sales transaction, but "only" because somehow, someway the loan application would not go through to the dealership. It had nothing to do with the sales person, he was excellent!
