Thr oil cap was left off and on the inside of the hood. Oil sprayed everywhere and ruined a sensor of our son's car. Luckily another mechanic figured ot out. This left our son without a car for a week and a large bill. Slow down and finish the job that we are paying for. This was a big mistake!!

I really like the mobile service at no charge because of the "lifetime" oil changes with my original purchase. What I don't like is the "lifetime" service is really just 10 years/100,000 miles. Next year is my last year (10) but my Escape only has 29,000 miles. Not exactly "lifetime."
