Really outstanding customer service, no attempt to sell you anything you do not need. I made an appointment and they got me in promptly and then regularly text you with updates including the inspection report when it is completed. Waiting room is comfortable and I could work while I waited. Highly recommend this service team!!

This shop is great. This is the second time I've had my truck serviced here. Both times Joshua was my service rep, and he is fantastic. He takes the time to listen, is personable and communicates very well throughout the entire process. The work has been done correctly and I am very satisfied with the results.

From drop off to pickup, the entire experience was easy and pleasant. The Service Rep, Joshua, was very friendly and personable. The communication was great, in person, and via text while my vehicle was in service. The electronic inspection sheet made it easy to read, understand and accept suggested services. When I got my truck back everything I requested was completed correctly, and the price was LESS than quoted!

Efficient and quick. Simple oil change/tire rotation but felt like valued customer. I like the inspection and printout. Was a bit chilly in the waiting areas; one of the managers was walking through and noticed it...and kicked up the temp control. Also brought around a basket of snacks (first time that ever happened. overall great experience.

I liked the service advisor, listened and was able to get my car serviced fairly quickly! I was annoyed after spending $1500 dollars my tire pressure was at 32, even after driving home, should've been done when it was being serviced at 35! I had to go out and do it myself! That's basic service that was done.

I loved how attentive the entire staff was. I spent about an hour talking to the general manager of sales, got introduced to the new manager of service, and my technician. Paul even waited until my car was done to leave for the day even though he was supposed to leave an hour and a half beforehand! They take care of their customers!

Great service, but everything is so expensive! Diagnostics were $180 for each problem, and my car had 2! I can see why people put off repairs or taking their car to dealerships to get repairs done! Service coordinator, Paul A. was extremely helpful though!

The only thing I didnt like was the wheel lock key was not returned and I had to back to the dealership only for the mechanics to take their time looking for it and eventually they were able to find one that fit, but it wasnt the one I had when I purchased the car. I will order myself a new one.

I was promised a free car wash, but that wasn't done. He also recommended new rear tires, but they are only 6 months old, so that wasn't good. Additional, he recommended new brakes, but the tires were never removed to allow an inspection. I know this because the the inspection sheet I received did not indicate that they were removed. The oil change, however, was first rate.

I've come to your dealership for years, I've had 3 different cars during that time. I had my rear brakes done and they forgot to check front. My brakes still squeak and I brought it back in to have the front checked and they told me they were fine for another 10k but some people get them done early and that they will just squeak until they're done. Makes absolutely no sense.

Immediately greeted. Confirmed items I had scheduled. Offered items from scheduled maintenance that weren't in the service history. Offered a complimentary car wash (sensitive to desires of some to avoid mechanical car washing). Pointed me to the waiting area with complimentary snacks, etc. Came in to notify me that my car was ready. Perfect customer experience.

I have a Nissan GTR that I got an oil change on and the tech got oil all over the underneath plastic and it drained out onto my concrete garage floor. And then I tried to get a hold of Chelsea at the dealership to explain this to her and she never returned my call after me calling three or four times leaving a message and my husband also called him so no I will not take my car back to the dealership.

The only thing I would appreciate, is if they would include / consider Carfax service history when making their recommendations. They consider Carfax history when selling a vehicle, why not do the same when reviewing service intervals?
