Everything was good other than how long it took for them to make the repairs. Granted there was apparently a lot involved, but the 40+ days it took them to assess, order and receive parts and make the repairs cost me a lot of money in rental car fees. The work was very good, however.

It took too long They broke the brackets for my front license plate and let the plate on the front seat. The power steering seems to have been impacted by the accident and was not corrected - the steering is very stiff, and I'm going to have to take it to my local Ford dealer to get it fixed when I get back home.

Service reps are friendly. Left a little bit of oil under the hood which was visible and I cleaned up. Asked them to park my vehicle away from other vehicles, they did. Paige did a great job dropping me off and picking me up. They checked on my concerns on some msgs I received on my dash. Overall they did a good job. Keep up the good work.
