“take my car in for oil change and pre winter ck up, they are attentive and let me know with a pre estimate that my tire is loosing air because of damage to the side of the tire and they patched it, and when i requested eval of my battery, yep, due for replacement before winter because of age. they also told me to keep an eye on drips under my car and trot into them if drips become large or excessive. car is 6 years old and sweats minor drips. thanks for the warning.”

First: I was not greeted when I entered the dealership and approached a person at his desk. He passed me on to someone else. Then the guy who'd texted told me he was not available at that moment. So I was handed off to another person. In general I felt like an after thought.
2nd Communication was poor. I had to return twice to pay because It was not made clear to whom to write the cashier's check but was made to feel it was my fault for not knowing.”
