My tires were rotatated and now they make a slapping sound while I'm driving that wasn't there before. Also, they marked all four of my tires as having a tread level of 5, but the previous service station I went to a few weeks prior told me I had a 5, two 4s, and a 7.

My car problem needed a complete inspection to determine the cause of starter problem and the failure to shift from 1st gear to 2nd gear. Bloomington Chrysler was able to get to the inspection within a day and determine the cause. They replaced the crankshaft and had the car done with the second day. I was impressed with the service, the mechanic and Brian at the service desk who kept me apprised each step of the way. Great job.

Terrible, they wouldn't honor my Allstate Gold extended warranty, i ended up having to take it to Park Jeep in Hopkins, warranty wasn't a problem there. They wouldn't let me select 0 Stars. I Will never go to the Bloomington location again.

Asked for a diagnostic for an air shock and the suspension system. I was told multiple things gave them a code but couldn't be put in writing. Bryant gave me horrible service and a complete run around when asked for an answer and an appointment. I already knew my shock was out so I paid for nothing.

Good morning, Bryant no longer works here so I cannot review this with him and determine where he failed and what happened here. I apologize for your experience. I do remember that you had mentioned to him that a lincoln dealership had replaced one of the rear air springs and the compressor. I remember him stating that if any of those parts had any issues he would recommend bringing back to them to have them possibly part warranty any parts that had been put on recently. And you told him that you wanted the system diagnosed to find out what is going on and he reviewed the diagnosis charge with you and you agreed to it and signed. off. The diagnosis charge of 99.00 was for our techs time to inspect the system, fill with nitrogen check the compressor, valve block each air spring to verify what the failure was. I apologize if there was confusion, if you had just wanted a quote on the leaking spring we could have just had parts quote a spring and then give you the labor quote for replacement instead of you dropping the vehicle off and fully diagnosing the system. It had codes in the system for the compressor and or valve block, but after filling and letting the vehicle sit the tech was able to find a leak in one of the air springs. Which if there is nitrogen low in that system it will cause the over temp codes to come on. After they determined the left air spring was leaking, they recommended a replacement. I apologize for your experience.
