Service was fine. They didn't put a windshield sticker on the car for the oil change to remind me when to have the next one done. Service took an hour longer than they estimated. Waiting room TV needs closed captions turned on if they are going to leave the volume off. Snacks and coffee are a nice touch. Overall a solid 4 out of 5.

Service was quick and clear. I went in for Oil Change + Tire Rotation. The quote was reasonable. I ended up getting the Engine air filter and Cabin air filter replaced, because the free inspection that came along with the above service reveal Dirty filters. Proof/ pictures were provided on request.

Very poor . Went to have a recall updated ended up with it not being put back together correctly. Some lights wouldn't come on some wouldn't shut off. Had to go back for a second appointment to fix the issues caused from the first appointment. No confidence in this shop anymore.

Friendly check-in person, eager to help. Timely completion of service. Appreciated the full inspection. To be honest I was hoping the waiting area would be a little less crowded on a Wednesday morning, but it was a bit crowded. Perhaps a slightly more spacious waiting area is in order if the place is this busy on a Wednesday morning? Good experience overall, though.
