by 2024 CHEVROLET TAHOE K1500 HIGH COUNTRY Owner on 10/18/2026Verified Service
I had an appointment for routine service. My service advisor Stephen was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I had requested to wait at the dealership for the service and Stephen and his tech completed the work and got me out the door in record time! The whole experience was great! I highly recommend Lupient service.

Had problems shutting the car off. Went in the service. The car didn't do it. He did it a couple more times and it did it again. It wouldn't stop for him. The experience is great. They fixed the problem. Put a new sensor in it. It's fixed great right now
by 2014 CHEVROLET IMPALA LTZ Owner on 04/02/2026Verified Service
I liked the quick friendly service. I liked how I was quoted 2 options given the plus and minus to each option. I didn't like the cost. But the actual price came in under the estimate. I feel that the service tech is very knowledgeable and helpful and honest. I enjoy working with him.
by 2024 CHEVROLET TRAX 1RS Owner on 03/27/2026Verified Service
Everything was good, but.... they need to"synchronize" there text messages, cause I had different messages, one showing my car wasn't done, and another telling me it was done.... which one do I go with? But otherwise was very good, oil change, 19 or 20 point check, and they even washed it, good service
by 2026 CHEVROLET TRAVERSE LT Owner on 10/23/2026Verified Service
The appointment started on time. Their messaging kept me informed on exactly what stage my car was in. Car work was completed at the estimated time. It couldn't have gone any smoother.

by 2027 CHEVROLET EQUINOX LT Owner on 10/17/2026Verified Service
We waited for several days for the part from GM. AC kept me informed, almost daily. When it finally arrived AC's staffers to work, installed the needed part, took it for three test drives, to insure it drove properly.
by 2009 LEXUS ES 350 Owner on 10/12/2026Verified Service
Very happy with the level of service and communication while they repaired my vehicle after a recent accident.
by 2024 CHEVROLET TRAX LS Owner on 10/10/2026Verified Service
I was very happy with the service. I arrived without an appointment to get an oil change, and the wait was shorter than I expected. They also put my new windshield wipers on for me, which I greatly appreciated.
by 2018 GMC SIERRA K1500 SLT Owner on 10/04/2026Verified Service
Good service work was done in a reasonable time. Would give 5 stars but they forgot to put back on skid plate and wash the truck.
by 2024 CHEVROLET TRAX 1RS Owner on 09/28/2026Verified Service

by 2024 CHEVROLET TRAX 1LT Owner on 08/30/2026Verified Service
I had a light came on for service and was able to schedule a same day appointment and have my vehicle back that day, too. I was helped quickly and kindly and it alleviated the stress of the situation.
by 2016 CHEVROLET EQUINOX LT Owner on 06/12/2026Verified Service
I appreciated the guidance on a problem that I had ignored. The time it took to take care of 2 problems was very short! The ride to and from home while work was being done was a plus!
by 2025 CHEVROLET EQUINOX LT Owner on 04/25/2026Verified Service
The service attendant A.C was exceptional with informing about the vehicle and equipment updates. Mechanic Jimmy was also exceptional.

by 2015 FORD ESCAPE SE Owner on 02/01/2026Verified Service
I went in for their express service oil change and 2 hours and 15 minutes later, they finally completed it.
by 2017 CHEVROLET TRAX 1LT Owner on 01/26/2026Verified Service
Extremely disorganized operation, make an appointment then get told there's no mechanics even you arrive, takes days to find out what's going on with your car, absolutely insane labor charges. Won't be back.
by 2025 CHEVROLET SILVERADO LT Owner on 01/19/2026Verified Service
Todd was excellent, keeping me informed about the progress of my service. He made sure all issues I had requested to be checked were completed. Thanks
