“The personnel I dealt with was friendly but I was a bit disappointed that, upon completion of service, I noticed my car had been washed but not vacuumed. Perhaps my expectation was excessive but with my other car, service includes washing AND vacuuming.
Moreover, there were fingerprints left on the dashboard.”

I already knew what I was looking for and what I was willing pay, in this day and age you should be able to do most thing through remote communication and not half to drive 200 miles before you can get clarification of the deal.
