Booked appointment for 12 but came in early at 1030 to drop vehicle off to perform other Saturday errands. Check in took forever at least 20-25 minutes granted it was Saturday morning. Price of the service was a bit high, compared to other repair shops, even other Toyota dealers. A positive was that they completed the requested service which included an oil change and multi inspection on my car in about an hour which was faster than expected
