I tried to buy the car more than once at the listed price plus taxes and DMV fees but they turned it down and tried to add $4,000 of fees and not wanted "extras". They have refused to reply to my emails about the issue. I have since read many other negative reviews about this dealer and I am at a loss as to why CARFAX allows them to be on their platform. So....Zero stars for the dealer and to CARFAX. Buyer beware of both.

Problems from start to finish about getting straight answers. Finally looked them up at Dealer rating websites and saw all reviews were either 5 star (obviously shams) or one stars calling them out for fraud. It appears they should be investigated, probably put out of business and possibly face jail time, that's how bad the reviews were. I cannot remember ever seeing such a divisive series of reviews on any company before in my life.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO FOLLOW THROUGH OR BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF THE CARS ON THE LOT. I HAD MULTIPLE QUESTIONS THAT WERE NEVER ANSWERED AND THE SALESPERSON I WAS MATCHED UP WITH WAS COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. The communication was good I was going from San Diego, it took me a couple hours to get there so they knew I was coming to see the car and when I got there the car was not ready it was not clean and one tire was flat we were not even able to drive the car, very bad service

I love the car But I hate lies and false promises And thats basically what. All dealers do. But when I asked about the accessories being charge which it was all included in the car the salesman told me we have to make money somewhere and I was promised to have the car washed and fixed the hood supports . So thats gonna keep me from buying another car from this dealer .

My experience was okay. There was a scratch and chip taken out on the front part of the bumper of the car I was interested in and the salesman saiid, That was probably put there by one of my salesman as they were driving it in the lot. That didnt give me the most confidence in this dealership. I did not go with this car sales lot to get a car.

Scammers that want to upsell some $1500 tracking "security" system to violate your privacy and common sense. State Farm does NOT offer a discount if you have this unnecessary 'option' that they actually REQUIRE you to add on. They refused to allow me to buy the car at sticker price even after I put down a partial down payment. Nick and the finance guy in the creepy outside office at 8pm at night stood over me and handed me a tablet saying docusign here and here while holding the tablet and standing over me with other random men crowding around me it made me really uncomfortable as a woman.
