“I recently bought a 2015 Prius from this dealership. My experience was mostly good. I test-drove the car with salesperson Eli Diaz. Moving on to the negotiations was not great. I had set up my own financing with my credit union and was ready to purchase. Upon reviewing the bill, I noticed two additional add-ons that I consider unnecessary, which he removed, totaling approximately $1,400. He also discouraged me from using my own financing by telling me the credit union would add bank fees. Their option was higher than mine, and they pressed me hard to use it. I left and told them I needed to check with my bank. Very happy I did: lower rate and no bank fees confirmed. I ended up getting the car and using my original financing option. So far, the car is great. No problems. I would recommend Car Central, but definitely be aware of the hustle.”
