Brought my car in because my center screen was dead. Three weeks before I splashed coffee in my ashtray near the screen so they accused me of shorting out my computer. So they charged me 4K to replace. How does a coffee splash three weeks before shirt out a system 3 weeks later. So I'm not thrilled with them.

Excellent! My battery died in my son-in-law's driveway. He jumped started the car and I drove directly to Volvo. It was almost "repair shop" closing time ... Erric and Ryan worked very hard to make sure everything got done. It did --- Extremely pleased.

Raphiel and Raphie in service went above and beyond to help me out.They heard it was my 33rd anniversary and as a present to my wife from me they expeditiously fixed my car so I looked like a hero to her. It worked. I even put a ribbon and bow over the repair!
