You do not deserve any stars . First they took my money without giving me a diagnosis and the survice supervisor was very rude and unprofessional. I have to take my tuck somewhere else. I will never go back there and the next suv / truck i by will buy will never be a chevy.

This was my 15,000 mile service, needing oil, filter and tires rotated. When I came in for my 7,500 mile service, it took 2 and 1/2 hours to perform those tasks, even though I had an appointment. This time I brought my truck in on Saturday morning, 7:50 AM and it was done at 8:32 AM. Job well done

My experience with the staff and service performed was excellent as usual, but unfortunately a 40% increase in cost ($260 for an oil change with Mobile1 Oil) over the previous year is a bit extreme. The cost of the oil only went up slightly, but your labor rates increased drastically. I will need to consider more affordable options in the future.

They wanted $35,000 for a vehicle that had wires exposed in the inside of passenger compartment. A big gapping whole on inside back overhead, with positive and negative wires hanging out of whole by back door. The salesman told my wife to just tuck the wires in... I feal like they where trying to take advantage of me, if my wife didn't know about electrical work in cars....

Using my third party warranty was difficult against with their highest labor rate in the state. Ultimately had to not proceed with service needed and they made me buy the parts in the end. Employees are great, management and "policies" not so much.
