They are knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. They explain everything pertaining to your service and the car is returned in great condition - most of the time it is washed! Curran has a Great service team. They changed my oil and rotated my tires. Eddie ,assistant service manager ie a real pleasant guy. He went through the list of what was done and percentage of the brakes, tires, and other things on the car. I have always taken my car there for service and been very happy.

Gio and Barbra was amazing. Barbra went above and beyond and made it easy to understand things that weren't easy to understand as a first time car buyer. I loved working with her. Shaun is not as enjoyable to work with. He gives off scamming car dealer vibes and isn't pleasant at all. Kinda a bag of.. it's okay though bc Barbra makes up for him.

Incredibly rude to me on the phone, condescending,.They keep my car for 3 days and would not provide me with a loaner car even though I was told if they had my for for more than one day they would provide a loaner and were very short with me regarding the subject of a loaner ( snippy)

I didn't really have any issues. I did ask about the coolant fluid which had been low and I wondered why on a car that I purchased pre-certified in December 2024 would have low coolant fluid when I had not even reached 10,000 miles yet. They explained that they checked all pumps and there were no leaks so I'm hoping that will not happen again. Overall, it was a positive experience.
