“My Bronco lost power on my drive to work. I called AAA to tow it to AutoNation Ford Westlake--a service center I trust. I had to pay AAA "extra" because AutoNation was a mile further than the repair place our plan covered, and it was well worth it! I was greeted warmly and assigned to Jim, a personable and efficient Asst. Customer Care Manager with great communication skills.The auto technicians located the issue, a $1500 part covered by my Platinum Extended Warranty, which unfortunately included a fine-print clause that I'd would have to use the repair shop at the Ford dealer where I purchased the Bronco--nearly 40 miles away. Jim said it was possible for me to call the dealership and ask to have the address of the contract changed to AutoNation Ford Westlake. After several phone calls, the Service Manager okayed the change, and the replacement part was covered. Thanks to Jim's guidance, I received that $1500 part at NO cost!! I am thankful for such wonderful customer service on behalf of Jim and the entire team at AutoNation Ford Westlake. I highly recommend!!”
