Customer Care Manager with great communication skills.The auto technicians located the issue, a $1500 part covered by my Platinum Extended Warranty, which unfortunately included a fine-print clause that I'd would have to use the repair shop at the Ford dealer where I purchased the Bronco--nearly 40 miles away. Jim said it was possible for me to call the dealership and ask to have the address of the contract changed to AutoNation Ford Westlake.
