They installed a set of Vrdenstein Winter Winter Trac Pro + to my 2021 BMW M550ix with its staggered 20" OEM wheels, the day that I dropped my vehicle off, after the tires drop shipped from Tire Rack. Mounted and balanced and a low coolant topped off at no charge. Highly recommend Ianelli Autocars.

Car was able to get serviced before scheduled date. Issues was fixed quickly for minimal cost. Service tech called and left voice mail that the automobile was fixed and ready for pick up. This is going the extra mile elimination calls to provider to determine its status. The car runs great and looking forward to year of use. Thanks for the great job.

I always get a thorough explanation of the service to be done. If there are options like OEM vs trusted aftermarket components they also present those Mooney savings choices. There's never any upsell pressure for additional services and I'm always advised of anything that may need attention for my regular service schedule. Iannelli's keeps my 9 year old car operating like a brand new car!

The final bill was exactly as estimated. My technician, Patrick, was thoroughly familiar with my make and model (BMW E46) and even took the time to show me photos of what had been addressed. Excellent service...on time...reasonable prices...much less expensive than the dealer. Free loaner if needed. All the staff are personable, professional and they know their stuff. Also they don't try to sell you un-needed stuff. I have been dealing with Rob at Iannelli for 15 years...and I hope to live long enough for another 15.
