They were awful at communicating. At one point we had to go to the dealership just to get information because we would leave voicemails and never get a call back. With having my vehicle over 3 weeks, I never was given a loaner for a repair that was under warranty. The lack of responding to voicemails or giving updates was awful. Never will I go there again. My trucks MGU has gone bad and I'm being told the replacement part is at least two months on backorder. I'm paying on a truck that I can't drive and no loaner was offered, by the way it's under warranty. I left a message for the service manager but he has not called me back. I'm sure if i was a customer inquiring about buying a new car i would get dozens of return phone calls.

Service experience was at least equal to past experiences. I will need to come a few more times before I can true evaluation. I was a little taken aback to see the new owners had gotten whole new crews for the facility. Also I did not see anything about the change in ownership. I try to get somewhat of a working relationship with employees. I will return.

I came right back for more services and it took 2 whole days for a simple differential fluid exchange I made an appointment for only to find out that they did not have the fluid for my Renegade.
