“On check in they took a look at the tread ware on my tires and recommended I postpone the vehicle alignment, no abnormal ware, and tread remaining shows replacement should happen in about 10000 miles so that service should be none then. Went prepared for 3.5 hour wait and 2:15 later Vehicle was ready.”
“I got a coupon in the mail for an oil change and filter for $9.95. I called for an appt and they were able to get me in the same day. When I arrived and handed my coupon I was told that the coupon was for a different vin #. Which I had no idea until he told me. ( that car was totaled in an accident over a yr ago) The coupon had my name and current address, and he would not accept the coupon. He did give me a 50% discount off the regular price of 89.99. Which I appreciated. But I was still upset that they wouldn't honor the $9.95. Coupon that they mailed to me. The vehicle didn't get taken in for over a hour and 30 minutes from my scheduled appointment.”
“Very easy process, no pressure. I test drove Saturday Allowed me to have the car dropped off to and left for my mechanic to look at on Monday Financing was quick within a day delivery went smooth. Now I have a 2012 CTS to drive to the golf course on the weekends”

I also met with Bill Sullivan and bought an extended warranty for the drivetrain and bumper to bumper. I enjoyed working with him and he explained everything very well. I was always concerned about buying a 60,000 mile car and being that we keep our cars longer than most, adding the warranty put my mind at ease. And I might add, at a fair price.
