We are long time Colonial Ford customers. I brought my wife's vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. Sat in their nice waiting area, drinking a cup of their finest coffee with free WiFi. Barely finished the coffee and my wife's car was done. Very happy with the folks in the service department.

I was able to get in for a tire repair using my tire coverage in just one day. The service department put my spare on to replace the punctured tire and repaired the punctured tire and put it back on the Bronco as a spare tire. I was in and out in just under a hour.

I usually service my vehicle thru Wareham ford so my expectations of great service are extremely high and Anthony, Bruce, Rick and Danielle were very accomodating. This vehicle is not a ford product and they did not hesitate to help me.

Was told I needed all new rear brakes and was quoted $1800, also received a R for an inspection sticker. Took the vehicle to another shop and found it had a hung up caliper. Also found that there was just enough pad to pass inspection. Returned to colonial to get a reinspection; and passed. I will not be returning here for any work or buying another vehicle from these lying crooks.

The services was fast although one of the tire TPS sensors did not behave well once out of the dealership. Got an appointment the next business day and they resolved it and made things good. The real test of a business is how they handle things when things don't go quite right. Colonial handled it quickly and made it right!

Just all around careless service department.they don't listen to what you need done to your vehicle and then overcharging service on your vehicle.i did a survey on the service department and never got a follow up call to try and resolve your issues at colonial Ford of Plymouth.

Service Rep was nice and oil change went well. Just to note that Colonial Ford of Plymouth Mass is a horrendous dealership that should be avoided they have no reliability when it comes to integrity and truthfullness. Do not BUY a vehicle from them under any circumstance you will regret getting involved with them.

I will be making my 3rd trip back for a broken door lock covered under extended warranty. The Lock was fixed on 2nd visit, but the mechanic either left something in the door panel or never tightened something? Door now has rattling noise coming from inside the panel and the window doesn't go all the way down. We'll see if the issues can be taken care of on the 3rd visit?

Brought for state inspection. The up selling was ridiculous. Telling me my wipers were ripped and needed new, recently replaced by Honda and I insisted the leave removed wipers in vehicle, they are perfect condition. Left multiple messages with service manager and no response.

I had a flat tire they returned it with the new tire over inflated and all the other tires were not checked either because they were under inflatedI had to go to another location to correct the errors in service. I expected more from a dealership . I called and complained and was promised a call back and never received one . They had an opportunity to fix the issue and show they care but never called me back so poor 1 star review
