Misfire on cylinder #2 Dealer wanted $19,000 for a replacement engine. They would not honor me as a loyal customer and sent me out the door. I sold the 2016 Jeep Renegade 1.4 turbo, 6spd, 75th Anniversary to an auction dealership for $1500.oo. Shame on Hyannis Premier Jeep dealership!!!

Customer service was very good but actual service was quite unsatisfactory. They replaced the starter for $1,300 but the problem ended up being the battery (vehicle would not start at all the next day once I brought it back from the dealership), which would have cost far less to replace at the outset. I won't be going back there for any servicing but recalls in the future.

Customer service representative, kept tabs on progress, inquired if I had a ride to work, after I had been seated for awhile. Outstanding over the two day period my vehicle went back to complete the work when another part came the following morning. All my questions were answered. Can't imagine a better experience.

Main appointment six weeks out, said they would have the recall part. Dropped off the vehicle the night before for the 8:30 AM service called at 1 PM next day and said they hadn't even touched it yet. They didn't have the part. So you need to tell me that they could not have called me first thing in the morning before they moved my van and told me they did not have the part. Very disappointed.

Very disappointing experience. I brought my vehicle in several times for the same electrical problem. Every time I was told it was fixed, but the issue was never actually resolved. It's frustrating to keep bringing a vehicle back for the same problem and still leave without a real solution.

All okay! Took a bit to get an appointment but I understand you are busy. Also, was surprised the electronic repair wasn't covered by the very expensive extended warranty that was pushed by the dealership at the time of sale. Will look into this more once I have a bit more time. Considering canceling the extended warranty. Service department was fine and the service and repair were done well. Service team seems great!

Technically first rate and very thorough (they road tested my vehicle before releasing it to me, and were able to find additional issue). Very friendly and customer oriented. Only annoyance was that their schedule was booked and I had to wait more than a month and a half before I could get my vehicle serviced. I would have given them 5 stars otherwise.

Problem with vehicle was not resolved. Lack of honesty and transparency from Service Dept. They refused to refund money for parts that were kot needed. They actually installed a part, uninstalled it then reinstalled without my permission so they didn't have to refund me. Go off Cape for. Service on your vehicle, Premier lacks experienced mechanics.

I called, spoke with him. He apologized and was able to enter the 10% discount into my file. The discount will be applied after the next service.
