Just a visit to keep warranty up to date since I am a low mileage driver. Nothing major actually done to the vehicle except tire rotation. About that I have a comment: 3 of my inflation caps were very loose and the 4th was missing. Never happened before. Usually the service is excellent. Thus the 3 stars.

I had an oil change but the next day I got a warning that my oil level was low. I checked and my son checked. The oil level was fine. Called and got an appointment a week later to see what was wrong. Turned out it was a frayed wire on the oil level sensor. It was repaired at no cost. So al is well now.

I have a 2018 Rav 4 and live in NY. I vacation in the Buzzards Bay Area every summer. Anytime I have an issue or need a fix for my car I always take my car to Falmouth Toyota. I find them to be very professional and honest, not like NY. They do great work, are quick if you are waiting at the dealer, and are reasonably priced.

I paid $48 for a quote to repair a rattle that happens when going over bumps.It was going to be $785 to do repairs. After repairs rattle was still there.I think worst and to repair that would be $4100. Naturally I wasnt going to do that BUT why did I waste $800 for nothing. Car in SAME condition as when I brought it in. Sounds the same. I will buy a new car buy very disappointed with wasting that money.
