I asked him how long it would take to complete the recalls, he said about 3 or 4 hours. I received a text at 11am telling me my recall work was complete. I expected the work to take longer, but I was happy I didn't have to spend the whole day at the dealership. I would use Lancaster Toyota for service again .”

Being "new" to this location, its crazy they want to sell you a bunch of services and repairs on the first visit. Thanks for the recs but if I didn't know what work i'd done, maybe I'd fall for all the suggestions. In the end, only got what I needed but definitely more than I've ever paid for regular service maintenance.”
