Only fixed my motor mounts and only partially fixed my AC! 0 communication whatsoever and constantly send me to voicemail. Brought in my car for an engine light notice and it took over 2 weeks (18 days) to get my jeep back. No , call from anyone for any updates. Had to call to find out why my car was not ready. Finally after over a week I was given a rental car. It was very unprofessional and poorly managed. I don't believe I would ever be will to purchase a car from this dealership in the future.

It was the first time champion Chrysler changed my oil last service was great. Fast and good service. Second time visit for oil change. Waited for 3hours. Staff came to me with poor attitude said the mechanic couldn't loosen the oil pan screw and expected me to pay for any damage .

I had a scheduled appointment for 1030 am, the car was not serviced until 3pm. I was promised a 1.5 time. Wasted all my time waiting. Staff was very unprofessional and unhelpful even when I approached them when they were not doing anything. Will not recommend and definitely will not use their service again.

Overall good work. Tires were rotated but dont feel balanced. My Truck didnt vibrate at the wheel before being serviced. All my electronic settings were also reset. I must also return on a future date for them to finish the work that was done because not all parts were on hand at the time of my appointment after making it ahead of time. (Fuel Pump Relay safety recall for Grand Cherokee)

At 330pm we contacted them by phone and car was available. We told them we would drive there to look at the car and be there at 400p. At 400pm we arrived and inquired about the car. The sales manager was called and he came and told us the car had already been sold. A phone call telling us that so we could avoid the commute would have earned them 5 stars, but their disregard for a potential customer was disconcerting.

The service here was beyond. I went for an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. they let me drive off with several issues and did not inform me of the problem. I ask several time for a tire rotation and had to keep going back and forth with them to get the issues address.
