Staff were helpful, but did not explain the status of the complimentary battery check-up I initially went in for. Also, the day after service my tire pressure sensor went on, which I didn't think would be an issue because of the services done the day before.

The PM service was great, they took exactly as long as they said they would and not a minute over. Satisfied with the service, however I notice when I take it in they are always leaving dirty handprints on the interior of my car. Would be nice if they would at least wipe it down..

I replaced my serpentine belt after my last oil change due to your recommendation. During this oil change your mechanic recommended I need a new one. That tells me they didn't even check the belt. They just blindly recommend things. My goal is to never come here again.

Went in oil, change tire rotation, and everything else that goes with that and if I'm inspection, Mark service advisor was excellent knowledge, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. Let me know what is coming up in the future with my car maintenance

I liked that the service was fast. I don't like that Toyota's shuttle didn't have car seats in the shuttles. I took my SUV for service and i asked if they had shuttles they said yes yet no one told me I had to take my car seat out of the truck to use with their shuttle service till I was already booking it. excellent service at Toyota San Bernardino, Toyota in Riverside was not doing a proper service, they were more interested in having the car parts changed at every opportunity. They did not do a thorough inspection even though they provided a checklist. Previously, my car was without oil.

They did great. I was able to book an appointment to get an oil change and smog on my car. I was able to bring it in within the hour, which I really appreciate. They worked quick and seem efficient. I dropped off my car and it was done in about 2 hours or so. $180 for an oil change and a smog.

Unsure if they actually rotated my tires as requested. The tire pressure was exactly the same and not adjusted to the appropriate pressure as I requested. The service person said everything would be taken care of and my car was returned to me without the service being provided. They indicated the service was done and it was not. I am truly disappointed to their disservice.

The cabin filter was supposed to be replaced and it wasn't and even though I communicated with the service guy and sent him pics of the dirty filter he replied to me (in all caps) that it was replaced Also he tried to up sell me on a wheel alignment and an engine filter that I didn't need! Do better Toyota, just because I'm female doesn't mean I don't know vehicle maintenance

Overall they did fine, I was just waiting for quite a while and could have used some updates more regularly especially since when I did try to check in 30 minutes past my promised delivery time I was given a laundry list of $1,000+ repairs with no explanations or clarification from staff. I'm working on getting the funds together to pay for the next round of repairs that I apparently need.

Overall the work I payed for was done properly & car came back with no problems. Only issue I had was that my wheel lock key was not placed back where I left it in cup holder nor anywhere in the car, mechanic misplaced it & they personally gave me another key. Not sure how that happened but that was my only issue, nothing big thankfully.

Professional and friendly staff. Only problem was that my key broke when the young man who had my keys in his pocket dropped them. He didn't even apologize. He picked them off the floor like nothing had happened. He gave me my keys and walked away from me. I could have complained but didn't because he was so young and was probably nervous.

While my needs were "addressed" (oil change) there were recommendations for astronomically priced extras ($80 to replace a wiper blade, etc.) and the creation of another problem (had a headlamp bulb replaced but then an "adjustment" makes it impossible to see more than 1 car length ahead. . .have to have that fixed, too, now). Very disappointing.

The waiting time after I asked for my car to be brought back was beyond ridiculous. I kept asking where my truck was and would get no straight answer. "Maybe the key is misplaced by technician" "it might have had the wrong tag" no one was waiting when I was yet it took over 30 minutes to bring my car back. Respecting people's time is important.

The service and parts were not the complete ones that were quoted. Then upon viewing the work done I saw that my cv boot was damaged and grease was every where on the driverside wheelwell. I had to bring it back to get that resolved. Costing more of my time. Still i was charged the same amount on quote for not all parts becaused coilspring had been discontinued. Positive they did allow me a loaner car while work was being done.
