Service was really quick, the service associate was very good at explaining what my car needed done and what could wait. He also worked with us on the price since it needed major maintenance done. I went because I had a coupon for an oil change but I would go back!

Transmission was bad, there was warranty on it, they replaced transmission. A day later transmission code came on because their mechanic broke electronic adapter that plugs into transmission, they quoted 7k just to fix in order to get transmission fixed.

No good, this place charges excessive rates. I paid 1000 for service I could have for much less elsewhere. They also had thousands of dollars in other service and work they wanted to perform. One repair they wanted over 1600 for. I was able to get the same job done at another local shop for 450. Never going back to Nissan. Will also never buy another Nissan I am completely done with that brand

I like that my car gets washed after service. They are pretty good about the timing of service. I do have a complaint about the temperature in customer service area. I spent 2 hours in the waiting area and I was freezing the whole time. It would be nice if there was a place for people to wait without the coldness.

She is an asset to the company. Their shuttle drivers are respectful and good drivers. I am happy with my Nissan Pathfinder check ups.
