“Their amazing their. Especially coming from a women who is educated on cars they do not treat me like im uneducated because im a women. I came their after jiffy lubes disrespect towards me. They were kind we have amazing car talk while I get my oil changed done. Jiffy lube had left in the original plug which was extreamly warped like I dont even know how it was warped like that. They took a picture first showed me it and made sure they had a replacement plug before taking it out and doing the change as I would of went and got the plug first. But their so kind their they understand if you say dont touch something and that you handle it yourself. They actually appreciate me doing that! As yea it's less work for them but it shows im educated. Jiffy lube was horrible honestly traumatized me while take 5 literally offers me a job all the time! I dont need the job but they see my education and want me to work their which means their workers actually can see with commen sense!! Love it their every time I go!”
