My transmission was leaking transmission fluid non of the service techs caught it. 2nd the oil pan was full of slug. I've always serviced my car at this location. I was disappointed when I learned about this.

Well said needed to change cabin filter and air cleaner was replaced 4000 miles ago couldn't have looked at them. Charged 125 dollars for technician to do oil change. Had appointment at 8:45 am was supposed to drop off plans changed stayed didn't get out of there till almost twelve o'clock then said van right outside and it was parked on. Street not a good experience for first visit for oil change.

With a cracked windshield my insurance company sent me to my local dealer. Gurley Leep did a nice job replacing my windshield and everything worked as advertised upon completion. Everyone was polite, I was able to schedule the repair fairly easily, and the work was done promptly with quality.

We had an alternator failure on the freeway 2-1/2 hours from home on a Sunday morning. Had the car towed to Gurley Leep Motorwerks as it was the closest Audi dealer. We dropped off the keys since the dealership was closed on Sunday. Stopped at the service department first thing Monday morning to provide any information they might need. They were already reviewing it - said they recognized we were stuck without the car and would do their best to get us on our way that same day. They repaired the car and had us on he road around 2pm. Excellent service!
