I have an extended warranty through Gurley Leep (Assurance) Nate did an excellent job doing the leg work and getting items approved that were covered. Austin is an awesome manager. He runs a tight ship and get things done when he says they will be done. Also, the quality of the work at this body shop is perfect. And I get my car back not only looking awesome on the outside, but totally clean on the inside as well. That's the cherry on an already awesome sundae!

They did fix my window but sold me a car with known issues from when the car was made in 2021. I have the best warranty and it's not covered. I was told they'd see what they could do and never received a call or follow up back. I even called and left a voicemail for the person and have gotten silence.

9:00 Appointment for 60000 mile service I called them at 5:00pm to see when I could pick up was told car needed rear brakes would have to keep car til next afternoon With car in at 9:00am I should not had to call at 5:00 should have easily been one day service

People were friendly and helpful. The ad stated that it was available in Two Rivers Wisconsin, nothing was further from the true. Vehicle needed to be picked up in Indiana. Vehicle was in nice condition and a nice price, but I live in Two Rivers Wisconsin and was not going to drive to Indiana to look at it.
