I'm sure the service gets done correctly however this place is so pushy i won't be bringing my vehicle back. I scheduled a simple service and tire rotation and it always turns into something else needs done and you don't take no for an answer until told several times I won't be back.

Brought car in morning for recall. End of day they presented (on phone) a list of things wrong with my 1.5 year old car totaling over 1K and advised they still needed to do the recall inspection and order parts. The car will now not be done until tomorrow. I turned down the 1K donation (repairs) to the dealership and waited two more days for the "half a day recall service".

I had to drive 1 hour to drop off the vehicle because I was told that it was going to take all day. I was then called a few hours later to pick up the vehicle. If the mechanics had been honest with me I could have waited at the shop, avoiding an unnecessary hour trip back and forth.
