“Made appt. and it still took 2 hours to do an oil change/tire rotation. As soon as I arrived, I received a text from the ser. mgr. asking me to feel free to correspond via the sent text re any inquires. After an hour I sent a text asking for an update, no response, sent another text a half hour later, no response. I walked around until I found the ser mgr and he then informed that my truck is almost ready. Before I left, I noticed the tires that had been on the rear were rotated so that one remained on the driver's side rear and the other was now on the driver's side front and the two tires that were on front were now on the front and rear on the passenger side. There was no uneven tire wear. I've never seen a tire rotation like that in my 50 years of tire rotations. When I went back to the service area to inquire about the tire rotation I was told the ser mgr and tech had gone to lunch but that the ser mgr will call. He called and insisted the rotation was done correctly because he watched it on video. I assured him it wasn't and we left it at that”
