“If only Loyalty was my home dealer... Had a pump brick my car, called and left voicemail as it was late a had it towed there since I was 600 miles from home. They opened at 0730 and I was awakened by my car app stating the car was charging at 0748 hours!! I immediately called, the first time I spoke to a person there, service advisor said "We got your voicemail and saw your address on the key drop envelope and took your car in first, it's ready to go. What?!?!! Loyalty Nissan had my car ready for the final leg home in 20 minutes! Absolutely mind blown that they were so considerate and quick. The English language fails me at this time, I can't think of a proper superlative to describe just how amazing their service Department is. From the bottom of my heart I say THANK YOU!!”
